Matthew's piano career started in 1977 with an apprenticeship in piano repair and restoration at Whitwams Music in Winchester. After finishing his apprenticeship he went on to do a course at The London College of Furniture, studying in the traditional method of piano tuning. After successfully completing this course he started his own piano tuning and repair business in 1984.
With his experience of over thirty years in the piano trade Matthew can carry out any
aspects of your piano tuning or related repair
requirements. He works in private houses, schools, universities and churches throughout Hampshire and a large area of Wiltshire. Please contact him for price and availability.
